Jessica Passarella gives a warm welcome to everyone who enters the showroom of Facets. With over thirty five years of administrative experience with payroll, AP/AR, and bookkeeping, she is also a licensed notary. Jessica is a vital asset to our sales team working alongside our consultants to provide the best customer service.

Having spent the majority of her adult life in the plumbing industry, Kristina Hatfield boasts thirty years experience. As showroom manager, Kristina works hard behind the scenes to keep the sales team fully trained and product up to date so that the plumbing, lighting, and appliance showrooms are always fresh with new ideas.
Stuwart
Appliance and MRO Sales
Stuwart Ekstrom comes to Facets of Shreveport with over 15 years of sales experience in B2C, B2B, and area account management. He is certified in GE Profile, Cafe, and Monogram appliances. Stuwart joined the Facets team in 2022 as part of the Appliance and MRO Sales team; he executes retail sales in Appliances and Maintenance, Repair, & Operations sales.

In 1858, one enterprising individual invested his life savings of $200 to start a business grinding key stops for plumbers in Philadelphia. More than 150 continuous years of service later, that business is known as Hajoca Corporation. Hajoca has a robust history of helping to shape advances in plumbing. FACETS is owned by Hajoca Corporation, the nation’s largest privately-held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies. Developed from The Bath & Kitchen Showplace as a new brand name for specific showroom locations, FACETS commits to maintaining the respectable reputation that is a hallmark of Hajoca Corporation.
